Committee structure
The Steering Committee guided the overall vision and strategy of the Strategic Plan.
The Coordinating Committee oversaw the Working Groups and were responsible for ultimately ensuring coordination between the recommendations that were made, as well as developing implementation and accountability standards.
The Working Groups interrogated nine key areas of the university that cut across school and department to formulate a list of recommendations for the following areas:
Campus Wellness
Digital Transformation
Environment, Climate Change and Sustainability
Graduate and Professional Education
Personal and Professional Growth
Public Health
Research Enterprise
St. Louis Initiative
Undergraduate Education
The Action Teams assessed feasibility, determined priorities, and worked to build our three-year goals. Through their efforts, we developed a handle on responsibilities for the various components of our plan, our success indicators, and the resources required to bring our vision to life.
